Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Cary, IL (full-time onsite position) Reports to: Director, HR Business Partner, Beauty North America *Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across our Cary North and McHenry manufacturing sites. In this highly visible role, you'll influence business outcomes through people strategy, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership. What You'll Do As a key member of the HR team, you will: Partner with site leaders to align people strategies with business goals and operational priorities. Act as a trusted coach and advisor on employee relations, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change. Lead key talent initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, and employee development. Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. Drive annual HR programs and processes, including compensation planning, employee listening initiatives, goal setting, and organizational effectiveness activities. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful people solutions. Support recruiting, onboarding, workforce flexibility, and employer branding initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline. Analyze workforce and HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while balancing business needs and employee experience. Serve as an employee advocate and change agent who builds trust, resolves challenges, and helps leaders navigate change successfully. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. At least 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience partnering directly with leaders in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role. Manufacturing experience, particularly manufacturing recruitment experience, is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience developing and executing site-related HR strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Please be prepared to share specific examples of HR initiatives you have led and the impact delivered. Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and balance business objectives with employee needs. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
