Resident Services Coordinator- City Heights Apartment Homes
Part-time/Non-Exempt
The Resident Services Coordinator is the first point of contact between Pedcor Management Corporation and agencies to develop and maintain the required resident services. As a Resident Services Coordinator you will:
- Building relationship
- Process paperwork
- Develop marketing materials
- Performing outreach
- Support the Property Manager and Area Manager with Section 42 Tax Credit applications and renewals
