Job Title: Account Manager Location: Bakersfield, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $45k- includes unlimited commissions, great opportunity to make six-figures! Position Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for the entire line of CASE Agricultural Equipment. Drive territory growth for CASE Agriculture by winning new growers and expanding existing accounts. Consultative, on-farm sales across equipment, rentals, parts, and service—with CRM discipline and tight coordination with the branch. Responsibilities Manage and grow accounts with small, medium, and large farming operations within the Sonsray Machinery AG dealer territory. Drive new business development to achieve sales volume, revenue growth, and gross profit goals. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system. Sell the company’s full range of offerings, including new and used equipment, short lines, rentals, parts, and services. Generate new accounts through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits. Coordinate closely with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide equipment demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits. Regularly travel to visit existing customers and prospect new clients. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives. Qualifications Minimun 3-5 years experience inagricultural machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Strong self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and general internet functions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to comply with all road safety rules, traffic laws, and Auto/Equipment Safety regulations.
