Full Stack Web Developer 

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (In-Office)

Position Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to own, maintain, and enhance our WordPress-based web platform. This role is responsible for the development, optimization, security, performance, and ongoing evolution of our corporate website and related digital properties. 

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this individual will serve as the technical owner of the company's web presence and play a critical role in supporting brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development expertise with a deep understanding of marketing technology, website analytics, SEO, and conversion optimization. 

Key Responsibilities 

Website Development & Management 

• Manage and maintain the company's WordPress website and related web properties. 

• Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and functionality. 

• Build and launch new website features, landing pages, and microsites to support marketing campaigns. 

• Ensure all websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized across browsers and devices. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner. 

• Maintain development, staging, and production environments. 

Front-End Development 

• Develop engaging user experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. 

• Implement designs provided by marketing and creative teams. 

• Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, usability, and conversion. 

• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and best practices. 

Back-End Development 

• Develop and maintain server-side functionality using PHP and MySQL. 

• Create and support API integrations with third-party business systems and marketing platforms. 

• Design scalable solutions that support business growth and evolving digital requirements. 

• Manage website architecture and database performance. 

Website Strategy & Conversion Optimization 

• Partner with the VP of Marketing to improve website performance, lead generation, and conversion rates. 

• Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Develop and execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. 

• Continuously improve website user experience based on data and customer feedback. 

• Recommend new technologies and functionality that improve business outcomes. 

Marketing Technology & Operations 

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to support demand generation and lead generation initiatives. 

• Manage integrations between the website, CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other business systems. 

• Support lead capture, routing, form management, and data quality initiatives. 

• Implement and maintain marketing technology solutions that improve campaign effectiveness. 

Analytics & Reporting 

• Own website analytics and tracking implementations. 

• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event monitoring. 

• Develop dashboards and reports to measure website engagement, campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates. 

• Ensure marketing attribution and reporting systems remain accurate and effective. 

Performance, Security & SEO 

• Maintain website security and ensure adherence to industry best practices. 

• Monitor website health, uptime, and overall performance. 

• Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals. 

• Support technical SEO initiatives, including metadata, schema markup, redirects, and site architecture improvements. 

• Manage website backups, disaster recovery, SSL certificates, hosting environments, CDN configurations, and DNS records. 

• Ensure ongoing compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards. 

Collaboration & Leadership 

• Partner directly with the VP of Marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize website initiatives. 

• Translate marketing objectives into scalable technical solutions. 

• Provide recommendations that improve website effectiveness and business results. 

• Document development standards, processes, and technical solutions. 

• Stay current on emerging web technologies, AI-powered development tools, and industry best practices. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 

• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience. 

• Experience developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites. 

• Strong proficiency in:

• Experience with Git version control and deployment processes. 

• Strong understanding of website architecture, security, hosting, and performance optimization.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and non-technical users. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 

• Excellent communication and project management abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience. 

• Experience owning and managing a corporate website strategy. 

• Experience supporting B2B lead generation websites. 

• Experience with:

• Experience with WooCommerce.

• Experience managing website hosting environments, DNS, SSL certificates, and CDN services. 

• Familiarity with AI-powered development, automation, and productivity tools.
