Prescription Licensed Practical Nurse, Clinic Nurse (LPN, Clinic Nurse)

LPN Job Summary

The LPN is responsible for managing and processing medication refill requests and medication prior authorizations in a safe and compliant manner. This role supports providers by ensuring appropriate medication continuation, patient education, and adherence to clinical protocols, while maintaining high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. LPN renders safe nursing care to patients. The LPN administers medications, performs venipuncture, and performs related duties. The LPN manages the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) as well.
