What You'll Do

• Engage with customers and create a welcoming, positive experience.
• Introduce customers to current promotions, wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
• Recommend products and services based on each customer's needs.
• Complete activations, upgrades, and sales transactions accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and organized sales area.
• Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and wireless technology.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent customer service.
