Infection Prevention Manager

Job Type: Full Time Job Shift: Days Holiday Rotation: Department: Infection Control The Infection Prevention Manager directs and coordinates the infection control program in the hospital. The designated person has the authority to implement and enforce the Program policies, coordinate all infection prevention, and control activities within the hospital, and facilitate ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of prevention and/or control activities and interventions. The Infection Prevention manager will ensure the IP program is in compliance with professional, state, federal and regulatory standards designed to reduce or eliminate spread of infections in the facility and to monitor patient care for compliance with established standards.
