Care Management Intern - Aging & Community Services
Western-Reserve-Area-Agency-On-Aging
The Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging is offering an internship position where you will assist care managers and waiver service coordinators. As an intern, you will manage a small caseload and conduct client interactions to monitor service delivery, all while gaining valuable experience and fulfilling educational objectives. This is a non-paid internship aimed at supporting your learning in the social work field.
