Cath Lab Technician Position

Location: Dothan, AL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Days, 5x8s: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM plus call (potential to move to 4 10s).

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician with critical thinking skills and sound judgment to assist in performing imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Technician will be responsible for completing studies in a timely manner under the direction of the Cardiologist or Chief Technologist.

Responsibilities:

• Perform imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Scrub, x-ray, and monitor during procedures.
• Collaborate with the Cardiologist and healthcare team.
• Ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Maintain clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cardiac/Peripheral Cath.
