Machine Operator Trainee - 1st Shift

Join a family-owned US screw manufacturing company with over 65 years of success. We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude to join our team. No experience is required. We provide training for the right candidates.

What You'll Learn on these cold press machines:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Set up cold heading or threading machinery
• Make mechanical adjustments for product quality
• Perform inspections using calipers and micrometers
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Follow quality and safety standards
• Assist with other production-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
• Strong communication and attendance
