Salary: $180,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We are looking for significant experience in platform engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or software engineering.
• We need strong hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS.
• We need deep experience building and troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• We need strong AWS engineering experience, including networking, IAM, compute, storage, load balancing, and monitoring.
• We need strong Docker and containerization experience.
• We expect experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• We expect experience creating reusable deployment, pipeline, and infrastructure templates.
• We need strong Linux, networking, and command-line troubleshooting skills.
• We expect software development or scripting experience in Python, Go, Java, Ruby, or Bash.
• We need a solid understanding of IAM, RBAC, authentication and authorization, TLS, certificates, DNS, routing, and load balancing.
• We need the ability to independently troubleshoot complex systems across multiple technology layers.
• We expect strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• We require 5+ years of AWS experience.
• We require 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or DevOps/DevSecOps.
• We require a Top Secret security clearance.
• Relevant AWS, Kubernetes/CNCF, security, or DevSecOps certifications are a plus, though proven hands-on engineering ability matters more.

• We architect, operate, and troubleshoot production Kubernetes environments, primarily Amazon EKS.
• We design and maintain sophisticated GitLab CI/CD pipelines and reusable pipeline templates.
• We implement GitOps practices for Kubernetes applications and infrastructure.
• We build and maintain secure AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• We develop reusable Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, deployment patterns, and platform automation.
• We support containerized applications using Docker.
• We integrate security scanning, secrets management, IAM, and other DevSecOps controls into delivery pipelines.
• We troubleshoot complex issues across applications, containers, Kubernetes, AWS, networking, certificates, and identity.
• We support authentication and authorization, including IAM, RBAC, OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP, TLS/mTLS, and certificate-based authentication.
• We improve logging, monitoring, auditing, and platform observability.
• We convert recurring problems and manual work into automated, reusable solutions.
• We document solutions and mentor engineers across development, infrastructure, platform, and security teams.
• We work hands-on across application code, pipelines, containers, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS, networking, security, certificates, and identity to identify and resolve root causes.
• We take ownership through resolution and help standardize, automate, monitor, and reuse solutions.
