The Need to Knows: Title: Senior Associate or Partner (portable business not required) Schedule: Hybrid or Remote Billable Requirement: 1,750 Hours Annually for Partner Candidates; 1850 Hours Annually for Associates Merit-based bonuses and full benefits The Need to Haves: Active member of the California State Bar. Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school and strong research & writing skills. 7+ years of experience in public law and municipal representation, advising cities, counties, special districts, and other public agencies throughout California. Attorneys with a public law litigation background are also encouraged to apply. Job Duties: Draft and review agreements, including public agency and municipal contracts Research and analyze issues arising under the Political Reform Act, FPPC Regulations, the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, and similar ethics laws Support attorneys on transactional and advisory matters for public agency clients Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Analyze land use, zoning, Subdivision Map Act, and CEQA issues Advise on public contracting, procurement, and regulatory compliance Communicate with clients, public officials, and colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr KISSINGER LEGAL SEARCH
