Join Our Team as a Weekend Server at Cecile Bakery Cafe!
Looking for a part-time opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a warm and welcoming environment? Cecile Bakery Cafe, located in South Miami, FL, is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend Server to join our team. If you have a passion for great food, excellent service, and creating memorable experiences for customers, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing As a Weekend Server at Cecile Bakery Cafe, you’ll play a key role in making our customers feel at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely service.
- Delivering menu items to tables while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu offerings.
- Handling customer inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Assisting with table setup, clearing, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a server or similar role in the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends, as this is a weekend-only position.
