Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint industrial equipment, including crane bodies, compressors, and other manufactured equipment .
• Perform surface preparation, including sanding, grinding, cleaning, and masking.
• Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to company specifications.
• Perform Bondo/body filler work to repair imperfections, dents, and surface defects before painting.
• Sand and smooth body filler to achieve a clean, professional finish.
• Inspect finished work for quality, coverage, and appearance.
• Keep the paint area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with other shop duties and manufacturing tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with industrial painting, auto bodywork, or Bondo/body filler is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn Rose-Wall MFG.'s processes and equipment.

We want someone who takes pride in doing quality work, shows up ready to work, and is willing to help wherever needed. When painting work is not available, this position will perform Bondo/bodywork and other shop duties.
