Role Description The Sales Lead is a part-time, on-site role located in The Woodlands, TX, responsible for supporting store leadership in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, the Sales Lead helps oversee daily floor operations, including opening and closing routines, visual standards, and merchandising updates. The Sales Lead actively engages customers, provides styling guidance, and promotes loyalty programs to maximize sales and build long-term relationships. This role also assists in coaching and guiding team members during shifts, reinforcing service standards and sales behaviors. The Sales Lead collaborates closely with management to meet store goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold LOFT’s brand and service values. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and promote products and loyalty programs. Background in Training and Sales Management to support coaching, guidance, and shift‑level leadership. Experience in retail or fashion environments, with familiarity in visual merchandising and store operations. Ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
