Extrusion Machine Operator

Grow Here! A growing, multi-national manufacturer in Piqua has Resin Extrusion Machine Operator  positions open @ $19-$20 per hour on Days or Nights.These are 12 hour, swing* shift jobs , 6 AM-6PM or 6 PM to 6 AM. Operator must haveand 6 months of continuous forklift operation. These are light industrial positions.

Duties to include:

• Operate and make adjustments to an extruder machine.
• Adjust and operate supporting equipment.
• Inspect raw materials for QC and work order specifications.
• Log all product runs.
• Operate a forklift.
• Loading raw materials to production lines.
• Weigh finished products and move to warehouse.
• Monitor product/material temperatures to product specs.
• Clean and maintain work area.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification.
• Your Own Transportation.
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen.. Saliva and/or Urine.
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction.
• Able to lift 26-40 lbs., several times per shift.
• A Solid Work History, NO Gaps.
• 6 Months of Previous Forklift Experience Required.
• Must be able read, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
