Job Title: Emergency Department RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in emergency care assessment, planning, organization, and implementation of patient care - Ability to supervise and collaborate with ancillary personnel as required - Commitment to adhere to policies and procedures of the Emergency Department - Strong alignment with mission, vision, and values of the facility Description: This position requires an experienced RN to provide care in a fast-paced emergency environment. The RN will assess emergency patients and develop personalized care plans. The role involves supervision of emergency technicians, orderlies, and support staff. The RN will work collaboratively to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered. The ideal candidate will possess skills in emergency care, with preferred certifications in PALS and TNCC. Candidates must be flexible and willing to float between areas as needed. This role is a critical component of the healthcare team, providing essential support in urgent medical situations. The successful candidate will contribute to a commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
