This position will diagnose and resolve technical incidents, maintain desktop systems and devices, and ensure employees can work efficiently with minimal downtime. This position will be full-time contract and on-site.What You'll DoProvide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issuesInstall, configure, maintain, and update desktop operating systems and business applicationsRespond to help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests in a timely mannerEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams when necessaryDocument incidents, resolutions, and system configurations accurately and consistentlySupport employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and decommissioning accounts and equipmentAssist remote users using remote access and support toolsMaintain compliance with security standards, including antivirus management, patching, and access controlsTrack technology assets and support inventory and equipment lifecycle managementWhat You'll NeedRequired:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience1-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experienceStrong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systemsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and servicesFamiliarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCPExperience using ticketing systems and remote support platformsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsPreferred:CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or related technical certificationsExperience supporting iOS and Android mobile devicesBasic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar toolsFamiliarity with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or JAMFExperience working in fast-paced enterprise support environmentsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary for extended periods with occasional movement throughout the officeAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorAbility to lift, move, and install computer equipment and peripherals weighing up to 40 poundsFrequent interaction with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization$40,000 - $45,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
