Part-Time ELA Interventionist (Certified; Title I) – Robert Anderson Middle School, Anderson, South Carolina. Starting Date: Aug 6, 2026 School Year: 2026-2027 Position Type: Part-Time Qualifications Highly Qualified Demonstrated ability to communicate with colleagues, follow instructions, and use problem‑solving skills as an effective member of the instructional team Effective oral and written communication skills Willingness to learn new tasks Bachelor degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work visa required Job Goal To assist in providing academic intervention in small group settings and facilitate literacy integration. Performance Responsibilities Prepare and implement small group activities under the supervision of a highly qualified teacher. Work with students to deliver direct instruction. Maintain confidentiality concerning student records, data and personal information. Utilize planning time in the classroom under the direction of the teacher. Guide independent study and enrichment work. Supervise a small group of students. Assist students by providing proper examples, emotional support, and a friendly attitude. Confers with teacher concerning materials to meet students’ needs. Participate in professional development activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
