Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals. Recommend wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products based on client needs. Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals. Process customer transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Clean and sanitize spa, sunless, and UV equipment between client visits. Assist with laundry, inventory organization, and general housekeeping duties. Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive customer experience. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and clean equipment and work areas. Ability to lift and carry supplies or boxes as needed.
