Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform and your existing network
• Reach out to candidates to introduce them to MLR's opportunities and assess their interests
• Schedule important appointments between candidates and our recruiters for further screening
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and assist them throughout the hiring process
• Ensure accurate and current data in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings booked, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-driven and proactive approach you take charge of your day, not the opposite
• Passion for outreach, connection, and assisting others in advancing their careers
• No previous recruiting experience required just bring your organization and resourcefulness; we will provide the training

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-heavy position with unlimited earning potential. There are no limits to your success or income.
