Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!

Position Summary:As a Northcrest LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing. You will play a key role in ensuring quality care and resident comfort.
Essential Functions:Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Support and assist CNAs/STNAs with resident care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote and protect resident rights
Follow all facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
PRN team members must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays , based on facility needs.
Qualifications:Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
Strong communication and clinical skills
Long-term care experience preferred
