Customer Service Rep (Sales) ARJ/475

Job Summary (Storeroom Customer Service Representative):

- Provide exceptional customer service to Vallen's clients at an on-site customer location.
- Responsible for purchasing products, goods, and materials (stock and non-stock) that meet organizational standards for price, quality, timing, and reliability.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and vendor communications.
- Handle invoice resolution, address discrepancies, and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to business casual dress code (including steel toe shoes and safety eyewear).
- Utilize computer skills daily, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific background checks and onboarding/badging requirements.
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with occasional overtime; position is temp-to-hire and fully on-site.
- Must be a US Citizen and provide required documentation (passport or birth certificate with raised seal).
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills in all interactions.
