Senior Social Media Strategist

To shape a distinctive social presence, the full-time Senior Social Media Strategist will develop and execute BILL's organic social strategy across various platforms, manage employee advocacy and executive social programs, and lead agency partnerships in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Set and implement BILL's organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X Build and manage employee advocacy and executive social programs to enhance credibility and engagement Lead and collaborate with the social agency partner, ensuring high-quality creative output and strategic alignment Required qualifications Proven experience in developing social media strategy, not just execution In-house experience at a B2B or B2C brand, preferably in technology, SaaS, or fintech Demonstrated success in building employee advocacy and executive social programs Strong editorial judgment with a portfolio showcasing adaptability across platforms and audiences Experience leading agency or contractor partners while maintaining strategic ownership
