Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full Time

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day Shift, Full Time Responsibilities Provide direct, compassionate care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning. Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and observe resident conditions. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. Support residents' dignity, independence, and preferences following care plans. Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current, unencumbered CNA certification in Tennessee. Experience in long-term or skilled nursing preferred, but training available for suitable candidates. Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely with or without assistance. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
