Location: St. Petersburg, FL Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Available | 7 Days a Week Shifts: 7:00 Am7:00 Pm Or 7:00 Pm7:00 Am Compensation: Rn: $32.00 - $35.00 Per Hour Lpn: $28.00 - $31.00 Per Hour *** Pay Is Based On The Client Assignment, Level Of Care, And Clinical Needs*** Nursecore Is Seeking A Compassionate And Experienced Lpn Or Rn To Provide One-On-One, In-Home Nursing Care For A Geriatric Client With Specialized Medical Needs. The Ideal Candidate Is Dependable, Experienced With G-Tube Management, And Comfortable Working Day And/Or Overnight Shifts While Providing Exceptional Care In The Home.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
• Administer G-tube feedings, flushes, and medications
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility
• Monitor the client's condition and provide ongoing support throughout the shift
• Accurately document patient care and communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Florida Lpn or Rn license
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years
• Successful completion of required skills assessments, including specialty areas as applicable
• Current CPR certification
• Valid AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Negative TB screening
• Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
• Experience with G-tube care and mobility assistance preferred
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Must meet all applicable state and federal regulations
