Overview of the Role
Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering quality home health services within the Greater Beaumont Area. This position is an ideal fit for someone who is self-motivated and excels in both problem-solving and independent critical thinking. You will manage a caseload of 30-35 visits, contributing to a highly respected and sizable therapy group in Southeast Texas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with home health regulations and standards.
- Document patient progress thoroughly and accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on physical therapy methods and techniques.
Requirements
- Must possess a current Physical Therapy License.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
