Construction Project Coordinator — Onsite, Growth‑Oriented

Job DescriptionJob Description Project Coordinator Location: North Reading, MA (onsite) Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience/qualifications Our client is a long standing contractor specializing in infrastructure and service solutions for commercial, municipal, and utility customers. Responsibilities Coordinate service projects from intake through completion Schedule field teams and align resources with project timelines Communicate with customers regarding updates, timelines, and expectations Manage project documentation including reports, change orders, and invoicing Track labor, materials, and basic job costing Support project managers in maintaining organized workflows Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts Ensure all project-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, construction, or engineering Background in commercial construction or mechanically oriented environments Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field) Willingness for occasional travel (10%) within the Boston metro area Must be authorized to work in the United States Revere Staffing is an EOE employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
