An international company with a location in Norwalk, CA is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their growing IT team. In this role, you'll provide technical support for hardware, password resets, Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, compliance-related issues, and a variety of end-user IT support requests. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
The company offers a competitive hourly rate of $35–$40/hour (DOE), comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, an excellent PTO program, and the flexibility to work one day per week remotely.
