Luminary Hospice - Columbus
Luminary Hospice is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and deliver home-based hospice care. You will assess patients, plan and implement nursing care, and work with families to support comfort and dignity at end of life. The role requires Ohio RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication.
