Position 1 Location: Gardner, KS Hours: Saturday or Sunday Day Shifts & Evenings Client Specifics: 20 year old iwth a G-tube Sign‑On Bonus : $4,000 for Full Time Nights plus Shift Differentials: $2 Nights, $2 Weekends Position 2 Location: Gardner, KS Day Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7a-7p Night Hours: Monday-Friday 7p-7a Client Specifics: 3 year old with a G-tube, Trach, and Vent Sign‑On Bonus : $4,000 for Full Time Nights plus Shift Differentials: $2 Nights, $2 Weekends The Company Since 1990, Pediatric Home Service has been a trusted leader in pediatric home health and private duty nursing .
