In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing all of their queries. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help may make you the perfect fit for this role. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Generating insurance quotes. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Work independently and as part of a team. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. A Life & Health Insurance license is required. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
