Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Work independently and as part of a team. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. A Life & Health Insurance license is required. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
