We believe that breakthrough technologies emerge when talented individuals from varied backgrounds come together with a shared vision.Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent- 4+ years of experience in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineerPreferred qualification - Experience with chip design, Verilog and System Verilog- Experience with scan insertion tools, ATPG, gate-level simulations- Advanced knowledge of verification platforms including UVM test bench, FPGA, and emulator environments- Advanced scripting skills in Perl/TclOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
