- Growth Potential: While this is currently a part-time/per diem role (15–20 hours), there is a strong potential for this to transition into a full-time position as we grow.

Clinical Case Mix
Our patient population is diverse and motivated, with a strong concentration in:
- Post-Surgical Orthopedics: Joint replacements (Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Ankle), Spinal Fusions, Rotator Cuff repairs, and ACL reconstructions.
- Sports Medicine: Non-surgical rehab for athletes and "weekend warriors."
- Neurological Care: Specialized treatment for Parkinson’s, MS, Stroke/TIA, and BPPV/Vestibular rehab.
Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate & Treat: Conduct comprehensive 60-minute evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based Plans of Care (POC).
- Direct Care: Provide hands-on treatment to address functional deficits and propel patients toward their goals efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Act as a partner to your patients, educating them on their recovery and keeping them engaged in the process.
- Documentation: Manage point-of-service documentation to ensure accuracy and work-life balance.
- Team Support: Occasional assistance with patient intake and collaborating with a small, supportive team.
Qualifications
- Valid State License in Physical Therapy (PT).
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- A "people person" who thrives in a relationship-driven, small-office environment.
