Inventory Specialist

Job Full Description

Local procurement software company is in need of an Inventory Specialist in Northwest Detroit to manage repairs and warranties of inventory.


Duties include:

• Overseeing industrial repairs and warranties along
• Logging inventory using computer databases, excel, tracking systems and handheld scanners
• Working with company supply chains to make sure that inventory is accurate, on shelves and well-stocked.
• Record keeping for materials including creating reports and tracking supplies.

Location: Detroit, MI


Position Type: Long term, permanent


Pay: 17.25+/hr


Shift: 1st shift


An ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Inventory experience
• Ability to use computer systems like Excel, Databases and Handheld scanners
• Math skills a must
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Shipping/Receiving background
