Industrial Electrician - 2nd Shift

Job Description Diagnose, adjust, repair, construct, assemble, calibrate, install, and maintain all types of electrical and electronic high or low voltage circuitry systems and equipment. Service, test, and replace devices used in electronic circuits. Plan and perform job layout using blueprints, circuit diagrams, and sketches. Use hand tools and various electrical testing and precision measuring instruments. Possess working knowledge of Industrial Electronics and National Electrical Codes. Adapt to new methods, processes, materials, and equipment. Routinely contact suppliers or manufacturers on part information, repair issues, improvement needs, and shipping instructions. Assist other maintenance team members in meeting requirements. Serve as a resource to production, engineering, and other plant personnel. Maintain and improve knowledge and skill requirements in all maintenance trade areas. Keep user knowledge of tools, testing, equipment, measuring instruments, conveyance, and material handling equipment. Update databases and retrieve information from computer systems. Operate company vehicles, conveyance, and material handling equipment. Complete appropriate paperwork, machine documentation, and preventative maintenance records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Be able to work with a minimum of supervision and guidance. Qualifications Basic: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic: 6+ years experience working as an electrician in an industrial capacity. Basic: Must have or be able to obtain a UAW Journey Card. Preferred: Completion of a 4‑year apprentice program certified by the U.S. Department of Labor. Preferred: Master Electrician. Additional Information Indefinite U.S. work authorization only. The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is between range individuals pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
