Apply today and be part of our growth!Job DescriptionThe Retail Operations Analyst helps support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives between the corporate office and field teams. This role partners cross-functionally to drive consistent execution, ensure alignment with business priorities, and support the successful rollout of projects, pilots, and process improvements across the field.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate retail processes (labor, inventory flow, service execution, merchandising, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify operations, reduce workload friction, and improve consistency across storesDocument and standardize SOPs, best practices, and operational playbooks to support scalable executionPartner with field leadership to pilot process changes, measure results, and support successful rolloutsManage operational projects end-to-end, including timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actionsSupport demand planning, forecasting, and purchase order coordination to ensure product and materials align with operational needsServe as a cross-functional point of contact for project communication, updates, and issue resolutionSkills and KnowledgeA collaborative spirit and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish, Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience Microsoft Excel, Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skillsQualifications2-4 years of experience in store/ retail operations, project coordination or related roleBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferredExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsLocationOn-site in Lenexa, KSPay Range$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
