QA AssociateThis position is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Assurance on the overall quality throughout the company paying particular attention to the affiliate offices, corporate stores and independent examiners.Pay Range: $24.12 - $28.63 / hour; Employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Including Matrix/Relia Quote.Track all Case One insurance company errors by the tracers they provide.Ensure appropriate entities receive the necessary tools and information needed to complete the examination process according to the requirements set forth by the Home Office.Key in issues/concerns into the reporting system.Compile, mail, and report on all postcards.Redirect misrouted paperwork.Grade and Report on the Examiner TestHandle reporting of all needles sent in the kit Handling reporting of all IHP's Tracking, grade, report on EKG's Key in all Protective/Matrix/Standard/Safeco Issues.Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Lab One management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.Observes all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Lab One Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special training.Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Work Experience:N/APreferred Work Experience:Six months lab or para-medical experiencePhysical and Mental Requirements:N/AKnowledge:Microsoft OfficeSkills:Excellent communication skillsAccurate and detail orientedAbility to work in a team environmentGood organizational skillsAbility to work under minimal supervisionAbility to work on numerous projects at the same timeEducation High School Diploma or Equivalent(Required)LICENSECERTIFICATIONSQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.While we appreciate and value our staffing partners, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
