Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Elgin, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week, Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Staff First‑year success bonus: $10,000 Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently while coordinating with the team. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Minimum two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations.
