This is a hybrid position. The Investment Operations Associate will: Manage the portfolio management system and database (Orion) Create and maintain client reports and business intelligence reports Administer an account review process to ensure alignment with client expectations Contribute to department and firm-level projects Maintain institutional relationships with vendors and partner firms Support financial advisors in their use of the portfolio management system Administer the billing process Support compliance processes with report generation Qualifications Experience using the Orion portfolio management system Experience engaging investment custodians (Fidelity and/or Charles Schwab) Functional understanding of database structures Communication skills with an emphasis on clarity Analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Compensation Base compensation of $65,000 - $80,000 based upon experience Performance-based bonus Full benefits package Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Austin Wealth Management by 2x Get notified about new Investment Operations Associate jobs in Austin, TX . #J-18808-Ljbffr Austin Wealth Management
