The Role We're a plaintiff's law firm handling large-scale mass tort litigation, and our case data lives in Litify (built on Salesforce). We're looking for a detail‑oriented, technically curious specialist to support our CRM (Litify) Administrator in keeping that data organized, accurate, and settlement-ready. You’ll work directly with our admin team, attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to build reports, clean and structure data, and automate repetitive work using Excel, SQL, and Python (or AI tools that get you there). This is a great role for someone early in a legal operations, data analytics, or Salesforce career who wants hands‑on experience with real, high‑stakes data at scale. What You’ll Do Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Litify/Salesforce to support mass tort settlement preparation Perform mass data updates, imports, and exports (Data Loader, Python scripts, or similar tools) Audit case data for accuracy and completeness; identify and resolve inconsistencies across thousands of records Create, maintain, and improve Excel workbooks used for settlement grids, client tracking. Move, rename, and organize case files programmatically and upload documents into Litify Write or adapt basic SQL queries and Python scripts to answer data questions (AI‑assisted workflows welcome — we care about results, not memorized syntax) Respond to data and reporting requests from attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants with professionalism and clear communication Document processes and help maintain an organized, consistent data structure across the org What We’re Looking For Required Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, data cleaning, large datasets (this is non‑negotiable) Foundational SQL knowledge or demonstrated ability to use AI tools to write and validate queries Foundational Python knowledge (reading/writing files, working with CSVs, basic scripting) or demonstrated ability to accomplish these tasks with AI assistance Strong attention to detail — our data drives real settlement outcomes for real clients Clear, professional communication with non‑technical colleagues Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a deadline‑driven legal environment Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce or Litify (reports, list views, Data Loader) Familiarity with pandas or similar data libraries Experience working in the Legal industry The salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000 annually, based on skillset, years of experience, licensure, and demonstrated capabilities. This role is also eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses in addition to our full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
