This position offers a part-time (.5) option, allowing ample time to enjoy the scenic shores of Lake Winnebago, the largest inland lake in Wisconsin. Position Highlights

• The Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh is an 84-bed community facility that merges advanced medical resources with a dedication to delivering personalized, compassionate care.
• As part of the Oshkosh team, you will provide coverage at both the Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh and the new hospital in Fond du Lac, set to open in 2023.
• Enjoy a diverse case mix that includes general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, some neurosurgery, and women's health.
• You will oversee CRNAs outside of obstetrics, as epidurals are administered by physicians; the care team model operates at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:4.
• Work collaboratively with a cohesive group of anesthesiologists and surgeons in a dynamic environment.
• No in-house call is required, but you must be within a 30-minute radius of the hospital.
• Full-time options are also available — you have the flexibility to choose what suits you best.
• Competitive compensation ranging from $550,000 to $550,000, prorated for part-time roles.
• Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing.
• Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
• Work with the EPIC EMR System, as we are the largest user of EPIC in the nation, ensuring an optimized electronic medical record system.

Training and Experience Required

• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
• Open to both new and experienced candidates, board eligible or board certified.
• Strong patient-centered approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team player.
