In this role, you will develop of wiring architectures, system schematics, and components while ensuring strict compliance with aviation certification standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses mid-level experience in aerospace electrical systems, understanding of specialized CAD tools, and strong technical capabilities.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or other relevant engineering discipline3+ years of aircraft electrical system design experienceExperience defining and understanding aircraft electrical architecturesExperience with primary and secondary distribution networks, bus architectures, and circuit protectionDesired SkillsUnderstanding of analysis techniques to optimize system capacity under all conditionsExperience in sizing, integrating, and testing starter-generators, alternators, or auxiliary power unitsPrevious experience using Siemens Capital for automated harness designKnowledge of MIL-HDBK-516 (or civilian equivalents) electrical system safety guidelinesActive security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
