Senior .NET Development Lead

Salary: $101,920 - 112,320 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience as a lead developer or development manager.
• At least 5 years of experience with development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
• Proficiency with SQL and knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Experience developing and maintaining software systems for complex financial business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and translate user requirements into business solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple demands independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead development teams, and to work professionally with all levels of management and staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET is preferred.
• Knowledge of ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate is preferred.

• Support software development efforts, document critical business processes, assess business functions for effectiveness and efficiency, and assist with process redesign, development, and testing.
• Ensure software development standards are followed.
• Analyze financial systems and related business processes, and assist with re-engineering work affected by business transformation.
• Develop and maintain applications for complex financial processes, serving as a subject matter expert on large cross-functional projects and helping deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance for new code from inception through integration, staging, and production.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques in collaboration with others.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including design, roadmaps, process and methodology standardization, guidelines, and documentation.
• Partner with distributed, cross-functional teams to communicate, support, and deliver all aspects of projects to high standards.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of relevant software development trends, technologies, and methodologies.
