NOW HIRING FOOD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES Mancan Staffing is partnering with a growing company in Newcomerstown, Ohio and is currently hiring Food Production Associates for 2nd shift! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals looking to get their foot in the door with a company that offers long-term potential.

Pay: $15.75/hour to start $17.00/hour once hired in permanently

Location: Newcomerstown, OH Schedule: Monday FridayTraining Phase - 11:00AM - 7:00PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Occasional Saturdays required

Important Things to Know This is a FAST-PACED production environment At times you may be lifting 50 lb buckets for 24 hours at a time with one break Some days you may be doing something completely different from the day before We need employees who can adapt to different positions and tasks daily

Training Requirement:You MUST be able to train on day shift starting out:11:00 AM 7:00 PM for an extended period of time

Job Responsibilities Sort food items on the production line and remove defective products Operate air suction tools to fill buckets (light-duty tools but fast-paced work) Perform sanitation and cleaning duties on production lines Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment (~60F)Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic Ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
