Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate radiation detection and imaging equipment, perform cardiac and general nuclear medicine imaging, and document procedures in the electronic health record. The role requires adherence to radiation safety and departmental protocols while supporting diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology.
• CNMT certification required.
• State licensure as required to practice nuclear medicine in the state of employment.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist preferred.
• Experience with IV placement and heavy cardiac imaging workload required.
• Experience with GE Infinia II equipment preferred.
• Experience with MedHost EHR and NovaRad PACS preferred.
• Required education: Associate degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cardiac QGS/QPS software.
• Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
• Teamwork-oriented and effective communication skills.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:30–16:00.
• Workweek: Monday through Friday schedule as noted in client materials.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
• No weekend hours required.
• No on-call requirements.
• Equipment: GE Infinia II.
• PACS/EHR: NovaRad PACS and MedHost EHR.
