Location: 1644 Magnolia Avenue 8:00am-5:00pm (8 hours/day); 12 months Plus $2,825/year Master's or $3,725/year Doctorate degree stipend The job of Director - Human Resources is done for the purpose/s of planning, organizing, and directing County Office of Education-wide human resources services with specific responsibility for overseeing the entire recruitment, selection, and employment process; providing expert consultation and information to employees and administrators regarding policies, regulations, and negotiated language; and ensuring that all personnel functions and employment practices conform to applicable regulatory requirements, Education Code, and collective bargaining agreements.
