Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis. Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine. RN for Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403 float as needed to St. Albans & Berlin Pref prior travel exp. Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8 hour days no weekends . BLS req Epic exp within the past 2 years required. Min 1yr outpt exp req ESRD: Chronic renal pts.
