As an LPN at Mountainside Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for our residents.Responsibilities:Provide direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practiceAssess, observe, and evaluate resident's clinical condition, documenting findings in resident electronic medical record and notify the provider and/or RN when necessaryUpdate or modify care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident's care and service needsAdminister medications timely, accurately, and according to ordersParticipate in meetings related to resident outcomes and careRespond to residents, family, or responsible party in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Current LPN license in the state of New JerseyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAll shifts available!
