The Role: As a Transition Manager, you are responsible for successfully guiding clients through the implementation and integration process, ensuring a smooth transition from contract execution to full operational service. The Transition Manager will play a key role in mitigating risks, resolving issues and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Responsibilities: Client Transition & Implementation Develop and execute detailed transition plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact during the transition phase, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Oversee data migration, process integration, and service implementation to facilitate a seamless transition. Analyze client data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a structured and efficient transition. Conduct regular governance meetings providing updates on transition progress, key milestones and risk mitigation strategies. Develop and deliver reports, dashboards and presentations to senior leadership and clients. Development of Product & Services Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their operations, challenges and goals. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing products and propose innovative service solutions. Collaborate with product technology and service teams to develop solutions to deliver product and services that help client and firm business grow. Requirements: Preferably 7+ years in the Financial Services field. Proficiency in SQL, Sigma Computing, Tableau or equivalent tool. Ability to multi-task. Experience with some financial instruments, i.e. Equities, Fixed Income, Listed Options, etc. Ability to communicate with various client types. Self-Starter who can take initiative to take on items that come up. Skills: Client Relationship management. Understanding of product and service development cycle. Problem solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
